Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

Location: Oxford

The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on technical and interpersonal skills, be able to liaise internally and externally in non-technical terminology, have excellent organisational skills and a full UK Driving Licence. This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team in a supporting capacity, the role will involve on the job training with our Pre-Sales Technical Consultant learning how to support Business Development and Account Management staff with technical aspects of the sales process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scope work effort required for penetration tests
  • Attending pre-sales conference calls where clarification of the technical scope is required
  • Attending on-site client pre-sales meetings to discuss technical requirements
  • Delivering technical guidance to business development in regard to technical services provided
  • Assessing potential risks presented in technical engagements
  • Providing communication links between technical and business departments
  • Creating and delivering presentations to existing and potential clients as required
  • Assisting in the delivery planning process as required
  • Transferring knowledge to allow sales team members to become more independent with less reliance on technical and pre-sales support

Senior/Lead Penetration Test Consultant

Location: Manchester

Dionach is a dynamic cyber security company looking for an experienced Penetration Tester to join its growing Penetration Test Team based in Manchester.

Your main role will be as a Penetration Tester and Team Leader, with options for research and development, and to work in other areas of information security consultancy. There are opportunities to improve your qualifications, mentor others and work with a wide variety of technologies and organisations.

To be considered for this position you will:

  • CREST CRT, CREST CCT, OSCP, OSCE or equivalent certification
  • At least three years’ experience in penetration testing, including network, web application and internal penetration testing
  • Experience of leading customer engagements on-site
  • Experience of working alone on jobs and in teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong at writing technical reports, and strong at writing executive summaries that report the main issues to non-technical people
  • UK or EU passport holder

Business Continuity and ISMS Consultant

Location: Oxford or Manchester

Dionach is looking for an experienced Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Consultant who also has experience of information security management systems (ISMS).

Your main role will be implementing, testing and internal audits for BCMS, and likewise for ISMS. There are opportunities to work in other areas of information security consultancy. There are opportunities to improve your qualifications, mentor others and work with a wide variety of technologies and organisations.

The main requirements of the role:

  • ISO 22301 BCMS implementation and testing

Junior Information Security Analyst

Location: Oxford or Manchester

Dionach is a dynamic cyber security company looking for information security analysts to join its growing Technical Consultancy Team, either in Oxford or Manchester.

Dionach offers a very competitive salary and offers benefits such as training and CREST qualifications such as the CPSA.

Your main role will be conducting vulnerability assessments and analysing the results, both remotely and onsite, with significant travel required. There will be opportunities to work and progress in other areas of information security consultancy, such as penetration testing. You will improve your qualifications, work with an experienced team, and work with a wide variety of technologies and organisations.

If you wish to apply for the Junior Information Security Analyst role, you should ideally have the following:

  • IT related degree and/or at least two years' IT experience

Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: Oxford

The Dionach Group, a dynamic world-leading cyber security consultancy, is currently looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join its growing team based in Oxford.

Your main role will be to work as part of the operations team in our Oxford office to develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external partners and to facilitate the smooth running of Dionach’s operations and service delivery. You will be working as part of a vibrant and customer focused team reporting to the COO.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
  • Liaising internally with consultants, business development and management
  • Communicating with clients and external partners
  • Working on a variety of service delivery projects
  • Coordinating projects, allocating resources and scheduling work

The Service Delivery Coordinator role has these main requirements:

  • A background in customer service or experience within an operational capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations, with excellent issue resolution skills
  • A focus on customer service and quality
  • Self-starter
  • The ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure
  • Previous experience in IT / Information security would be an advantage. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
