Cyber Security - Business Development / Sales Executive

Dionach is a young dynamic cyber security company whose clients include some of the UK’s leading businesses. We are currently recruiting additional experienced Business Development/Sales Executives to be based in either the Oxford or Manchester office.

A broad technical understanding and experience in selling security solutions is preferable but not essential as Dionach has an excellent internal training programme. Due to our continued growth and development, Dionach are able to offer excellent career progression and personal development opportunities. Working within the business development team, this varied role will see the successful candidate manage their entire sales process. There will be particular focus on identifying and developing new B2B opportunities across all business sectors. Presentation skills are essential, as regular client facing meetings form a major part of our sales process. A consultative approach to our clients requires that each candidate must be able to communicate effectively through all levels of an organisation.

To be considered for this role the following will be required:

  • Experience in IT Sales / Presales / New Business Sales
  • Minimum of 2 years consultative B2B sales experience

Junior Information Security Analyst

Dionach is looking for information security analysts to join its growing Technical Consultancy Team, either in Oxford or Manchester.

Your main role will be conducting vulnerability assessments and analysing the results, both remotely and onsite, with some travel required. There will be opportunities to work and progress in other areas of information security consultancy, such as penetration testing. You will improve your qualifications, work with an experienced team, and work with a wide variety of technologies and organisations.

If you wish to apply for the Junior Information Security Analyst role, you should ideally have the following:

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of IT networking
  • Experience of vulnerability scanning tools
  • Experience of working alone on jobs and in teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of writing technical reports
  • Driving license

You should be or soon be a graduate in an IT or Cyber Security related degree, a good communicator, and have the right to work in the UK.

 

Lead Penetration Test Consultant

Dionach is looking for senior or lead penetration test consultants. Dionach offers a very competitive salary and offers benefits such as pension, car allowance, flexible working, and security conferences, depending on the role.
 
The roles are mainly as a penetration tester, with options for research and development, and to work in other areas of information security consultancy. There are opportunities to improve your qualifications, mentor others, and work with a wide variety of technologies and organisations.
 
The Lead Penetration Test Consultant role has these main requirements:

  • OSCP, CREST CRT or equivalent certification
  • Experience of a range of penetration testing services, including network and web application penetration testing
  • Experience of leading customer engagements on site
  • Experience of working alone on jobs and in teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong at writing technical reports, and strong at writing executive summaries that report the main issues to a non-technical people

Workflow Coordinator

Dionach is looking for a Workflow Coordinator to join its growing team based in Oxford.

Your main role will be to work as part of the Operations team in Oxford to facilitate the smooth running of Dionach’s operations and service delivery. You will be working as part of a vibrant and customer focused team, and reporting to the COO.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Workflow coordination, including creating and scheduling jobs
  • Assisting with the management of Dionach’s Operations Centre
  • Liaising internally with consultants, business development and management
  • Communicating with clients and external partners
  • Creating reports
  • Recording KPI information
 

The Workflow Coordinator role has these main requirements:

  • A background in customer service or experience within an operational capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations, with excellent issue resolution skills
  • A focus on customer service and quality
  • Self-starter
  • The ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure
 

Previous experience in IT / Information security would be a bonus, however not essential as full training will be provided.

Network and Systems Administrator

Based in our Oxford office this is an excellent opportunity for a Network and Systems Administrator to take on an instrumental position within a small IT team working across the latest technologies. You will be managing firewalls, networks and servers, and providing desktop support. The role requires managing, maintaining, upgrading and improving primarily Cisco devices and Microsoft Server technologies, with some end-user support when required.

To be considered for this position you must have experience of the following technologies:

  • Managing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco ASA firewalls
  • Cisco ASA ASDM and CLI
  • Switching, TCP/IP, DNS, IPv6
 

Ideally, you may have experience of the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Windows Servers
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
 

Ideally you will also have a Cisco qualification such as a CCNA or CCNP. Applicants must possess a valid work permit/visa to work in the UK.
