Marketing Administrator

Dionach is a dynamic world leading Cyber Security Company currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its growing team based in Oxford.

This role would suit you well if you’re a recent graduate or have gathered 18+ months experience working in a marketing role. You will be working closely with our design and strategic marketing partners, the Marketing Administrator will produce sales support, marketing and PR campaigns across post, email, web and social media. They will also help coordinate marketing events and attendance at trade shows.

Key activities and attributes associated with this role are as follows:

  • Coordinate the production of all marketing materials
  • Coordinate data and CRM activity using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Liaise with sales to follow up on all campaigns
  • Program, schedule and deliver all marketing emails and social media posts
  • Proof read copy and content that will be used in campaigns or collateral
  • Organise and implement all events attendance

 

Marketing Coordinator Skill attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Understanding of data and CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential
  • Experience of managing email campaigns end to end including using email marketing software and reporting on results
  • Experience using marketing relates software such as Adobe Photoshop

Network Administrator

We are currently recruiting a Network Administrator.

Based in our Oxford office this is an excellent opportunity for a Network Administrator to take on an instrumental position within a small IT team working across the latest technologies. Management network devices and providing General IT support for, IT infrastructure.   The Network Engineer will also be one of the points of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues.

Examples of Network Administrator responsibilities at Dionach

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Troubleshoot functionality of software in person or remotely via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
  • Conduct daily network backup operations

 

To be considered for this position you will have experience with the following:

  • Cisco qualification such as a CCNA or CCNP.
  • Cisco ASA firewalls
  • Switching, Networking TCP/IP, DNS, IPv6

Systems Administrator

We are currently recruiting an IT Systems Administrator.

Working independently or as part of a team, managing networks, company servers as well as providing desktop support for customers, both internal and external. Managing, maintaining, monitoring, upgrading and improving internal systems and infrastructure. Follow established organisational procedures and improve system procedures as required. The system administrator is expected to liaise and communicate effectively with all other functions within the organisation to ensure optimum operational performance and to facilitate cross team working.

Examples of Systems Administrator responsibilities at Dionach

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems such as warranty repairs, new system requirements and arrange bespoke systems support.
  • Install, test and implements servers and associated equipment for Dionach.
  • Ensures that all documentation related to own work carried out within the server and systems infrastructure is developed and maintained.
  • Monitor the systems and infrastructure daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns in accordance with established organisational procedures.
  • Create and verify backups of data.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution, including patch management.
  • Administer infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
  • Review application logs.
  • Install and test computer-related equipment.
